(Assistant) Manager Audit Quality Unit

Your contribution to KPMG - Review business processes and controls to ensure they comply with respective policies and requirements of the applicable standards - Provide coaching and support to process owners and control operators - Work with different departments and manage key relationships - Support your colleagues in Audit Corporates and Financial Services in various aspects of audit quality - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Monitor (project) milestones and follow-up on action plans - Participate in the implementation of different global/regional audit quality initiatives This is what makes you successful - Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Compliance or similar - Audit, compliance or internal audit background - At least 4 years of experience in the area of implementing, maintaining or auditing processes and internal controls (IKS) - Demonstrates critical thinking skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work - Willingness to work with various IT tools - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficient English skills, German skills are an asset Your benefits Flexible Work: We want to give you the support and flexibility to balance your career with life outside of work.
