(Assistant) Manager Audit Quality Unit
Do you have a passion for processes and controls and ensuring that these are working as designed? Our audit quality group is looking for an individual to support with implementing and operating effectively different global audit quality initiatives and provide coaching.

Workload:
70-100%

Your contribution to KPMG

• Review business processes and controls to ensure they comply with respective policies and requirements of the applicable standards
• Provide coaching and support to process owners and control operators
• Work with different departments and manage key relationships
• Support your colleagues in Audit Corporates and Financial Services in various aspects of audit quality
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor (project) milestones and follow-up on action plans
• Participate in the implementation of different global/regional audit quality initiatives

This is what makes you successful

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Compliance or similar
• Audit, compliance or internal audit background
• At least 4 years of experience in the area of implementing, maintaining or auditing processes and internal controls (IKS)
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Willingness to work with various IT tools
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient English skills, German skills are an asset
