(Assistant) Manager Audit Quality Unit – KPMG Switzerland Location: Zurich | Start date: Upon agreement | Workload: 70-100% Responsibilities Review business processes and controls to ensure they comply with respective policies and requirements of the applicable standards Provide coaching and support to process owners and control operators Work with different departments and manage key relationships Support your colleagues in Audit Corporates and Financial Services in various aspects of audit quality Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Monitor (project) milestones and follow-up on action plans Participate in the implementation of different global/regional audit quality initiatives Qualifications Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Compliance or similar Audit, compliance or internal audit background At least 4 years of experience in the area of implementing, maintaining or auditing processes and internal controls (IKS) Demonstrates critical thinking skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work Willingness to work with various IT tools Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient English skills, German skills are an asset Benefits Flexible Work: Hybrid working, flex time options, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 10 working days per calendar year, plus generous parental leave.
