Tasks Key Responsibilities - Guide experienced professionals to reconnect with their purpose and redesign their lives - Interview and assess candidates for alignment with our Life Design programs - Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients and partners - Apply Life Design principles to your own growth and lead by example - Set and track personal and business goals that directly influence your outcomes - Manage digital communication, social media, and online program support (training provided) - Participate in ongoing mentoring, leadership, and professional development Requirements Who You Are - Passionate about personal growth and supporting others - Experienced leader (3+ years), ideally in high-performance environments - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented - Interested in mindset, success principles, and Life Design - Fluent in English, written and spoken - Heart-centered, empathetic, and grounded, valuing freedom, nature, and authenticity Benefits What We Offer - Part- or full-time, flexible hours (at least 10–15 hours/week) - Work from anywhere — ideal for combining with your own retreat, sanctuary, or personal vision - Performance-based income: earnings directly linked to the impact you create for clients - Make a meaningful impact on others while growing your skills and developing your own vision Your Next Chapter Starts Here This is not a job — it’s a path.
