Wir wachsen im DACH-Raum und suchen 2 Professionals mit Leidenschaft für Entwicklung und bewusstes Leadership.

Aufgaben


• Du führst Interviews und Einschätzungen durch, um die Eignung für unsere online Success-Education-Programme festzustellen.


• Du baust langfristige, authentische Beziehungen zu Klient:innen und Partnern auf.


• Du integrierst unsere Programm-Frameworks in deinen Arbeitsalltag und hältst professionelle Standards ein.


• Du setzt persönliche und unternehmerische Aktivitätsziele und behältst diese im Blick.


• Du betreust digitale Kommunikation, Social-Media-Aktivitäten und unterstützt unsere Online-Programme (keine Erfahrung erforderlich, aber Offenheit Neues zu lernen).


• Du nimmst an laufendem Mentoring, Leadership-Entwicklung und kontinuierlichem Lernen teil.

Qualifikation


• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Leadership, Coaching, Beratung, Kundenbetreuung, Entrepreneurship oder ähnlichen Bereichen.


• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, schnell Vertrauen aufzubauen.


• Selbstorganisation, Zuverlässigkeit und Effektivität in einer unabhängigen, vollständig remote Arbeitsumgebung.


• Zielorientierung und die Fähigkeit, deinen eigenen Zeitplan konsequent zu managen.


• Begeisterung für persönliche Entwicklung, Mentoring und menschenzentrierte Arbeit.


• Technische Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft für neue digitale Tools


• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
