Pour notre client, groupe Suisse leader dans son domaine, nous cherchons un ou une Finance Manager pour une prise de poste au plus vite. Accompagné de votre équipe de 3 collaborateurs et rattaché au CFO, vous êtes notamment en charge de : - Gestion intégrale de la comptabilité pour vos entités en Swiss GAAP RPC. - Élaboration et analyse des clôtures trimestrielles et annuelles. - Établissement et suivi de la trésorerie, - Gestion des comptes de banques - Etablissement des rapports financiers et budgets prévisionnels - Suivi des factures clients et fournisseurs - Préparation des déclarations de TVA - Amélioration des processus de contrôles internes, optimisation et création Nous cherchons : - Brevet Fédéral ou équivalent - Anglais C1 minimum (obligatoire) - Expérience en entreprise multi entités + audit type Big 4 (obligatoire) - Une excellente maîtrise des normes Swiss GAAP (obligatoire) Notre candidat idéal sera capable d'évoluer dans un contexte changeant et de poser des fondations solides au sein de l'équipe. Une réelle autonomie de fonction sera donnée avec une confiance forte de la direction. Il est important de vouloir intégrer une structure en stabilisation et structuration avec encore beaucoup de mouvements organisationnels. J'attends votre candidature.
