**Job description**:
We are looking for a hands-on and results-oriented **Finance Manager** who enjoys driving businesses through growth, and who can design and implement processes, systems and infrastructure from scratch.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of controlling, accounting and financial operations. You will report to the Founders & CEO and act as a member of the Management Team.

Do you have a first experience in financial management, an entrepreneurial mindset, an analytical and pragmatic approach and a strong appetite for systems integration and data analysis?

**You will work on the following**:

- Take a hands-on, proactive role in building a financial reporting infrastructure, leveraging the appropriate tools and implementing efficient and scalable finance processes.
- Establish, together with the relevant departments, the company’s financial projections.
- Produce reporting and financial statements for management and investors (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Perform business analysis, recommend accurate measures to improve profitability, and enable strategic decision making.
- Take leadership for audit as well as regulatory and tax filings and payments.
- Oversee HR function, coordinating with external service providers (payroll, benefits, and general HR) and internal staff responsible for various aspects of HR.

**You should have multiple of the following**:

- 5+ years’ experience in financial positions, preferably with at least one relevant prior experience in Switzerland.
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Interested and literate in IT systems.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition is a plus.
- Working knowledge of raising capital is a plus.
- Experience with investor relations and reporting is a plus.
- International experience is a plus.
- **Swiss, EU citizen or holder of a valid work permit is a must**
