CONTEXT

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional to support the compliance team in strengthening the Global Compliance Program on a worldwide basis (i.e. at HQ, in the regions and in the Maisons) through the design, development, implementation, and management of the Group Compliance learning and communication strategy.

As a full-time member of the Richemont Group Legal team, you will have the opportunity to create momentum, develop and strengthen the Group’s Compliance framework in close collaboration with the Richemont central functions and the regional compliance teams.

You will have scope for development of proximity with internal and external stakeholders on all levels, which is a qualifier for the deployment and strengthening of an efficient and pragmatic compliance program.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this role will have the responsibility of, but not limited to:

- Develop and implement a compliance learning & communication strategy to support the Group’s compliance vision, mission, and values
- Develop engaging and compelling learning material and activities (e-learnings, webinars, classroom training, train-the-trainer, etc.)
- Conduct remote and on-site training
- Develop and share compliance communication material (posters, email campaigns, newsletters, intranet, etc.)
- Identify and gather good practices and develop lessons-learned in the Group and the industry
- Oversee the harmonization of Group policies
- Assist with the drafting, review, formatting, and dissemination of compliance policies and related documents
- Prepare periodic reports to management on the compliance activities within the Group
- Administer the Compliance Committee activities (define the agenda, prepare minutes, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as instructed by the Head of Compliance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working for a multinational company or international organization.
- University degree in communications, education, business management or similar fields.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing knowledge and learning management systems.
- Experience with e-learning building tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing branding and communication strategies.
- Experience with traditional and modern learning and communication methods, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with risk, ethics, and/or compliance.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross functional teams.
- Native or fluent in at least two languages out of French, English and/or German; any other language being a plus.
- Key personal strengths include initiative and proactivity, responsiveness, maturity and gravitas, strong stakeholder management capabilities, highest work standards, good oral and written communication skills and the ability to adapt style as required depending on priorities and circumstances, strong analytical skills.
