Your Responsibilities You will: - Support the launch and operational follow-up of commercial projects and campaigns. - Manage the lead flow from marketing to sales in the CRM, including partners and cross-sales. - Develop and maintain dashboards and operational reports (sales trends, provisioning, stock, revenue, onboarding, and customer care). - Coordinate with partners to provide the right tools, reports, and performance insights. - Analyze marketing and customer data to identify growth drivers and improvement areas. - Ensure data consistency across CRM, billing, and reporting systems in collaboration with Finance and IT. - Prepare regular performance updates for management and stakeholders. Your Profile - Background in Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally in telecom or B2B services. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Experience with CRM systems - Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. - Languages: Fluent in English and French or English and German. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing cross-functional topics.
