Deine Aufgaben - Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung und Qualitätssicherung in den Bereichen Kontenverwaltung, Kartenmanagement sowie elektronische Kanäle wie E-Banking, Digital Onboarding, EBICS, eBill und weitere - Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams aus motivierten Fachkräften, das für die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Prozesse zuständig ist - Zentrale Fachverantwortung innerhalb des Kompetenzzentrums Basis Dienstleistungen und primäre Anlaufstelle für alle Verarbeitungsprozesse - Starker Fokus auf die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von end-to-end Prozessen zugunsten einer Steigerung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Effizienz - Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Effizienzsteigerungen und die Nutzung digitaler Tools und Systeme - Aktive Unterstützung der Markteinheiten zur systematischen Sicherung der Gesamtbankambitionen, Kundenzufriedenheit und -Bindung Unsere Anforderungen - Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche höhere Ausbildung (HF, FH, Universität) - Führungs- und Projektleitungserfahrung von Vorteil - Verständnis für IT-Abläufe sowie systemübergreifendes analytisches Denken (Finnova-Kenntnisse von Vorteil) - Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bankgeschäft sowie regulatorisches Know-how - Sehr hohes Mass und an Kunden- und Marktorientierung, Begeisterung für Innovation und Digitalisierung - Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung Bereit für den nächsten Schritt Bei der Zuger Kantonalbank erwarten dich attraktive Konditionen und ein Umfeld, das deinen Erfolg unterstützt.
