As part of our Operations team, you will take full ownership of a wide range of exciting of change activities as well as some projects, acting as a vital link to our R&D department and external suppliers. In this newly created role, we rely on your creativity and flexibility, as well as your strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

This is what you can move
- Take the role of Technical Change Owner for operational changes, ensuring change execution according to plan and change documentation according to Medela’s Quality Management System
- Management/coordination of operational projects, e.g. changes in manufacturing processes or move of a production site at suppliers
- Ensure timely exchange of information and effective decision making throughout the lifecycle of the projects, work towards the defined goals in regards to time and budget
- Act as a link between R&D and Operations. Enable Agile Methodology by acting as an Operations representative within Innovation Projects
- Organization of project and review meetings on a regular basis and reporting to the corresponding decision making body

What you bring along
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, natural sciences or similar
- Experience within Operations in an international environment and in a highly regulated industry (Medical devices or other)
- Expertise in working with ISO 9001/13485 and Quality Management Systems
- Know how and some practical experience with project management, planning and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues, willingness to learn and drive change
