Möchtest du eine Schlüsselrolle in der strategischen und operativen Führung eines dynamischen Unternehmens übernehmen? Als Leiter:in People & Culture bist du verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Umsetzung moderner Personalstrategien und prägst die Unternehmenskultur aktiv mit. In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass die Organisation bestens auf die Herausforderungen der Zukunft vorbereitet ist.

Deine Verantwortung:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten HR-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung.
- Förderung einer positiven und leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur, die auf Vielfalt, Innovation und Zusammenarbeit setzt.
- Verantwortung für alle Personalprozesse, von der Rekrutierung über die Entwicklung bis hin zum Offboarding.
- Strategische Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Themen.
- Implementierung und Optimierung moderner Tools und Systeme zur Unterstützung der HR-Prozesse.
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Employer Branding, um das Unternehmen als attraktiven Arbeitgeber zu positionieren.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Grundausbildung. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Bereich Human Resources, idealerweise auf strategischer Ebene.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Kultur- und Veränderungsprojekten.
- Tiefe Kenntnisse in modernen HR-Methoden, Personalentwicklung und Organisationsgestaltung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, gepaart mit einer hohen Lösungsorientierung und Innovationsfreude.
- Begeisterung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Strukturen in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
