OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (at 100% basis)
This role is a match for a person that has the seniority and the mental capacity to manage the business operations of a versatile tech startup. A highly structured, analytical but at the same time hands-on mindset are the key markers of the operations associate to develop into our future operations director. Your core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle business operations such as: handling Zendesk tickets and service phone hotline; processing bookings; documentation; creative problem solving; calling locals to ensure they are ready to host experiences; calling travelers to check on their satisfaction; calling locals to reactivate them or inform them about news.
- Analyze the current operations setup and develop a roadmap for further implementations of improvements (e.g., adding more AI tools).
- Take immediate actions by implementing adequate procedures and tools in the organization (e.g., process and change management).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Plan & prepare the scale-up of operations.
- Ensure LocalBini delivers on its quality promise.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong work experience in the above-described responsibilities.
- Strong analytical competencies.
- Ability to execute (“just-do-it”).
- Proficient skills in English and German.
