Corporate Legal Officer

We are currently recruiting a Corporate Legal Officer for our Zurich Office.  The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work. 

 

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Administer the legal and corporate requirements of a diverse client portfolio
  • Prepare, track and complete legal documentation and ensure its proper execution
  • Provide prompt and accurate ad hoc legal and compliance information as requested by internal and external teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas and board packs and ensure accurate minute taking
  • Track and monitor the accuracy of legal documents and corporate governance
  • Assist clients in the execution of their legal obligations
  • Maintain the required statutory registers, ensuring the timely filing of returns with the Trade and Companies Register
  • Assist in the preparation and production of the annual reports and accounts
  • Update statutory and other information contained on various databases
  • Provide support with acquisition and disposal of assets
  • Provide support with the incorporation of new companies and coordinate with third parties and fund teams to ensure timely and correct completion

Your skills:

  • Experience of minimum 3 years of experience is a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently, flexible, and proactive
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
  • A relevant work permit for Switzerland
