Do you have a passion for corporate legal topics in an international environment? We are looking for a motivated and passionate colleague as **Director, Corporate Legal Counsel (80-100%)** to join our **Group Legal team at our headquarters in Zurich Seefeld**. In this global role you will work very closely with the General Counsel.

**Job **responsibilities**:

- General advice in Corporate, Company, and Equity & Capital Market Laws
- Contributing to corporate secretariat activities (preparing the meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Board

committees and drafting of respective protocols)
- Drafting of DKSH’s Corporate Governance and Compensation Reports
- Managing compliance with SIX listing requirements
- Contributing to the organization of the annual general meeting of DKSH Holding Ltd.
- Leadership of corporate housekeeping activities
- Drafting and reviewing corporate policies
- Option to assist in Compliance projects

**Job **requirements**:

- Law degree (preferably a Master’s) from a top-tier university or with honors
- Admission to the bar necessary
- At least three years of experience in a similar role in a law firm (preferably) or a corporate environment
- Solid command of Swiss company and capital market laws
- Proven track record in managing legal topics and internal stakeholders in a senior management environment
- Excellent drafting skills in English and German
- Ability to work in a precise and hands-on environment; demonstrating a problem-solving attitude and good manners
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
