Im Spezifischen geht es um Masterbatches und Compounds, welche in weiterverarbeiteter Form in verschiedenen Märkten und Branchen zur Anwendung kommen (Verpackungen in der Lebensmittel-, Hygiene- und Kosmetikindustrie, Konsumgüter, Gesundheits- und Bauwesen sowie Textilien). Aufgrund einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Product Development Leader. Mehr über den Inhalt der Stelle finden Sie hierunter.AufgabengebietDie Hauptaufgabe ist die Verantwortung für Produktentwicklungen in zugewiesenen Produktsegmenten und das Aufgabengebiet lässt sich in fünf Teilbereiche untergliedern:
  • Supply Chain
    • Evaluation neuer Lieferanten
    • Pflege des technischen Kontaktes zu bestehenden Lieferanten
    • Evaluation und Qualifikation alternativer Rohstoffe auf globaler Ebene in Absprache mit den Werken
    • Marktanalyse des Additiv- und Produktangebots
  • Product Design
    • Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten gemäss erteiltem Auftrag des Innovation Lab
    • Projektplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten (Head of R&D)
    • Recherchen und Versuchsplanung
    • Durchführung der notwendigen prozesstechnischen und analytischen Versuche zur Produktentwicklung
    • Auswertung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation der Resultate
    • Erstellung von Kostenberechnungen und Produkteinträgen im ERP-System
  • Manufacturing Technology
    • Definition der Herstelltechnologie und -parameter mit Unterstützung des Technical Center und der Produktion
    • Überwachung der Produktionen im Entwicklungsstadium und bei Erstproduktionen auf neuen Anlagen
    • Troubleshooting und Optimierung für kommerzielle Produkte
  • Product Portfolio
    • Dokumentation der Produkte (TDS, MSDS, RC)
    • Regelmässige Schulung des Verkaufs zu Produkten und Technologien
    • Durchführung, Koordination und Kommunikation von Analysen (Lab-Requests)
  • Application Technology
    • Erstellung von Empfehlungen zur richtigen Anwendung und Verarbeitung der Produkte
    • Unterstützung des Verkaufs bei Kundenbesuchen oder-versuchen
    • Pflege des Kontakts zu Maschinenherstellern, in Absprache mit dem Verkauf, dem Einkauf sowie dem Marketing
 Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes, technisches Studium in Richtung Kunststofftechnologie, Chemie, Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem artverwandten Umfeld, idealerweise im Umgang mit Thermoplasten, Additive, Polyester, Extrusion, Spritzguss oder Compoundierung
  • Entsprechende Branchenkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die sich durch eine «Hands-on»-Mentalität auszeichnet, gerne operativ tätig ist und sich in einem familiären Umfeld wohlfühlt
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden aufgrund des internationalen Umfelds vorausgesetzt
