Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Manager Food to join our team at Michael Page - Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships and contacts with a food partner in Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Record client needs, initiate, support, and accompany project development.
• Prepare and submit product offers within the desired timeframe, respond to or decline RFPs after close consultation with relevant parties.
• Develop and implement action plans with various stakeholders.
• Analyze product profitability and make related decisions.
• Provide expert advice to clients.
• Manage training programs within your partner company.
• Contribute to the high-level service standards of the company.
• Submit initial and revised budgets on SAP within the desired timeframe.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• You have a degree in sales or retail.
• You have initial experience in commercial roles. Knowledge of the FMCG sector is an asset.
• You are fluent in German (B2) and French (B2).
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• You have excellent communication skills, and customer satisfaction is a top priority for you.
• You are open-minded and autonomous.
• You are open to traveling 2-3 days a week in German-speaking Switzerland.
