Post Trade & Settlement Support Specialist (m/w) 100%

Im Rahmen des Post Trade und Settlement Support werden Risikopositionen überwacht und entsprechend bewirtschaftet. Darüber hinaus kümmert sich das Team um Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserungen. Im Bereich der Handelsabwicklung und Abwicklungsunterstützung nutzt der Spezialist sein Know-How im Post Trade Risikomanagement und -support, um in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und dem Management kontinuierlich Ideen zur Verbesserung der Prozesse zu entwickeln.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören:

  • Sicherstellung der zeitnahen Abwicklung von Wertpapierverlagerungen zwischen den Depotstellen
  • Abstimmungs- und Meldepflichten in Bezug auf interne Konti, schweizerische Stempelsteuer und fremde Steuern auf Börsengeschäfte
  • Onboarding sowie Ansprechperson für Depotstellen, Broker etc.
  • Kontinuierliche Identifizierung von Prozessentwicklungen
  • Kontrolle und effiziente Bearbeitung von Risikoaufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Regulatorien und Vorgaben

Das gesuchte Profil sieht wie folgt aus:

  • Bankfachliche Ausbildung sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Trade Support und Settlement
  • Breite Markt- und Produktekenntnisse der Finanzprodukte
  • Erfahrung im Wertschriftenbereich
  • Gekonnter Umgang mit der MS-Office Palette; Kenntnisse in Avaloq von Vorteil
  • Muttersprache Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und zwischenmenschlichem Geschick
  • Eine aufgeschlossene, natürliche und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
