We are Comerge, a young team of highly-qualified software developers and interaction designers. Our goal is to jointly realize great software solutions with a distinct focus on the needs of the customer. Recently, we have ventured into medtech product development and are among the first in the world to have medtech mixed reality systems approved for medical use.

To support our team in Zurich (Starting date to be arranged) we are looking to hire a motivated and solution oriented

Interaction Designer
(m/f) 100%

with a degree in Interaction Design, a related field, or Web/Mobile development. You are passionate about creative work that is both functional and visually appealing. Your main tool of the trade is Figma (or Sketch) and you can find your way through the Adobe suite. HTML, CSS, and Javascript aren't foreign concepts to you. Familiarity with Unity and Git is an added bonus. You create modern designs, are technologically flexible, and like working in a solution-oriented environment based on an agile development process. You have good communication skills, are a team player and enjoy your work.

As an interaction designer at Comerge, you join our design team to support and advise our software developers in interesting projects in the area of mobility, logistics, and medtech. You are part of the whole design process, including gathering requirements and creating low- and high-fidelity mockups. You are not afraid to challenge existing design solutions and you can explain your choices clearly. You take over quality control of the developed software solutions with respect to usability and accessibility and ensure continuing education of our team in these domains.

Interaction Designer
(m/w) 100%

mit einem Abschluss im Interaction Design, einem ähnlichen Feld oder Web/Mobile Entwicklung. Deine Leidenschaft gilt kreativen Lösungen, die funktionelle Anforderungen mit visuell ansprechendem Design vereinen. Die Arbeit mit Figma (oder Sketch) geht dir leicht von der Hand und du kennst dich mit der Adobe Suite aus. HTML, CSS und Javascript sind dir bekannt. Erfahrung mit Unity und Git sind von Vorteil. Du erstellst stilsicher moderne Designs, bist flexibel, technologisch fit und dir sagt eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise basierend auf einem agilen Entwicklungsprozess zu. Du verfügst über kommunikatives Talent, bist ein Teamplayer und bereit, dich für deine Arbeit einzusetzen.

Als Interaction Designer bei Comerge bist du Teil des Design Teams und unterstützst und berätst unsere Softwareentwickler bei der Umsetzung von spannenden Projekten im Bereich von Mobilität, Logistik und Medizinaltechnik. Deine Arbeit beinhaltet den gesamten Designprozess einschliesslich Requirements Engineering sowie Low- und High-Fidelity Mockups. Du scheust dich nicht, ein existierendes Design zu hinterfragen und schaffst es, deine Gedankengänge klar zu kommunizieren. Du übernimmst die Qualitätskontrolle der erstellten Softwarelösungen hinsichtlich Usability und Accessibility und förderst die Weiterbildung unseres Teams in diesen Bereichen.
