Accelerate your career and become part of a renowned private bank in Switzerland. Contribute to the bank's revenue situation in Julius Baer's Pricing Team for Switzerland & Europe. Our team drives strategic cross-divisional initiatives, identifies and conceptualizes revenue optimization measures, and reports insights to the Group CFO and other members of the senior management team. We closely collaborate with our colleagues at the Front to support with pricing guidance and transparency on our own pricing platforms & tools.

You will be responsible for your own projects and initiatives while working with driven and supportive colleagues. We are a young and energetic team with backgrounds in strategy consulting and banking.
You will have exposure to key stakeholders across various bank divisions, which will be a great opportunity to build your network.
IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Drive strategic pricing initiatives from concept to implementation in close collaboration with team members and key stakeholders (Front Regions, Product/Sales Units, Finance, etc.)
  • Independently conceptualize revenue & pricing measures and evaluate their impact potential (i.e. business case calculation) for regions Switzerland & Europe
  • Identify current revenue challenges, potential improvement levers, and design new pricing strategies (e.g., digital assets/wealth)
  • Analyse revenue situation and trends (e.g., pricing situation, product & price model usage, price level enforcement)
  • Prepare presentations and material for senior management and stakeholder soundings
  • Coordinate rollout and implementation of initiatives including project planning/ tracking, budgeting, change management activities, impact monitoring etc.
  • Ensure translation of initiative related business requirements into process and tool specifications with product owners and developers
YOUR PROFILE
  • Exceptional academic record: Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in finance, economics, data science, mathematics or business administration
  • At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or strategy/corporate development, preferably in the financial industry
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about data analytics (command of the Python data stack an advantage)
  • Outstanding project management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (incl. command of Power Point)
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Reliable and precise in terms of quality and deadlines
  • Team player and professional interaction with stakeholders
  • Fluent in German & English, other languages an advantage
