Project Manager MEMS Sensors, 80-100%
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Industrialization of advanced products from prototypes to high volume manufacturing
- Lead an interdisciplinary project team of R&D engineers, scientists, purchasing, quality and operations
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external competence centers and industrialization partners
- Reporting project progress to management regarding project scope, costs and timeline
- Setting up device manufacturing in line with semiconductor customers' expectations
- Spearheading agile methodology and innovation within the VAT organization
- Work within a team based in several locations (Haag, Zürich, Mendrisio)
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- M.Sc. or higher degree in a science, technology, or engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience of complex, successfully completed industrialization projects
- Experience with MEMS sensor fabrication and/or packaging is of a strong advantage
- Knowledge in quality engineering methodologies (e.g. RCCA, FMAE)
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, high level of engagement and ownership, the ability for strategic and solution-oriented thinking and acting, as well as proactive and responsible teamwork complete your personal profile
- Experience leading project teams with agile methodology is a benefit
- Negotiating skills in German and English (fluent in spoken and written)
- Work experience in vacuum technology, semiconductor equipment or MEMS industries is beneficial
