In der Business Unit Global Services suchen wir eine engagierte und vielseitige Persönlichkeit als Ergänzung für unser Team.

In der Rolle als:

 

Project Manager, BU GSE (100%)

 

sind sie verantwortlich für die Produkttechnik und Produktentwicklung rund um weltweit vermarktete Ventil-Upgrades, Ventil-Retrofits und Ventil-Reparaturprogramme.

 

Als Mitglied unseres Engineering-Teams in der Business Unit Global Services unterstützen Sie mit Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität die marktbearbeitenden Produktmanager. Dabei analysieren Sie Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und klären alle Details in Bezug auf technische Machbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.

 

Ihr Ziel ist es, gemeinsam mit den Entwicklern und Konstrukteuren der anderen Business Units attraktive "ready-to-sell" Lösungen zu entwickeln. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Produktmanagern zusammen, die sich um die Geschäftsentwicklung und den kompletten Marketing-Mix kümmern, während Sie als Projektleiter zusammen mit den Engineering-Partnern (insbesondere Field Application Engineers) die richtigen Ventil-Service-Lösungen termingerecht auf den Markt bringen.

 

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Technische Abklärungen für das Produktmanagement und den globalen Vertrieb
  • Technische Analyse von identifizierten Upgrade-, Retrofit- und Reparatur-Möglichkeiten
  • Initiieren und Durchführen von C&F Studien (Concept & Feasibility)
  • Auswählen der richtigen Ventilreihe als Basis für Ventil-Retrofits
  • Durchführen des Fit-, Form- und Funktion-Checks und der Risikobewertung
  • Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung aller relevanten Interface-Informationen für das Engineering
  • Initiieren und Leiten (Projektleitung) von Produktentwicklungen/Produktmodifikationen (Stage-Gate-Prozess)
  • Einhaltung der Projekt-Timelines und Erreichen der Projektziele (Kosten, Spezifikationen, Profitabilität, Qualität)
  • Definition des Installations-, Inbetriebnahme- und Reparatur-Prozesses für Field Application Engineers
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering der Business Units und dem Ventillabor (Arbeitspakete, Kapazitäten, Termine)
  • Unterstützung bei Recherchen und Installationen vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Stellvertretung der Produktmanager

                       

SIE BRINGEN MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Maschinenbau / Feinwerktechnik / Mechatronik (Bachelor oder vergleichbar, z.B. HF)
  • Erprobte Erfahrung und Erfolgsnachweise in den Bereichen Engineering (Produkt-Entwicklung) / Project Management (Projektleitung) im globalen High-Tech-Umfeld (Vorteil: VAT-Produktkenntnisse)
  • Von Vorteil sind auch Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen im Bereich der Vakuum- und Beschichtungstechnologie (z.B. SEMI Industry)

 

Sie verfügen des Weiteren über eine systematische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise mit Hilfe moderner PC-Infrastruktur (Office-Paket, Projektmanagement-Tools) und zeichnen sich durch eine rasche Auffassungsgabe aus. Neben guten Englischkenntnissen (fließend in Wort und Schrift) werden gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Belastbarkeit und Sozialkompetenz vorausgesetzt. Internationales Reisen (fallweise) ist für Sie kein Thema.
