Senior Sales Institutionnel Romandie (Tessin)

Responsabilités
  • Acquisition et suivi de clients exigeants, p. ex. institutions de prévoyance autonomes et semi-autonomes, caisses maladie, assurances et grandes fondations collectives
  • Constitution à long terme d'un portefeuille de clients institutionnels propre
  • Assurer le back-up du responsable sur un portefeuille existant de clients Asset Management
  • Nouer et entretenir des relations avec les décideurs occupant des postes clés à l'interne et à l'externe
  • Elaboration et communication de propositions de placement en étroite collaboration avec les services internes compétents tels que Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, Controlling & Reporting et Risk Management
  • Vous participez activement à des projets stratégiques de développement de processus et d'outils de vente, participez activement au développement et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles stratégies et de nouveaux produits.
Expérience
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire de préférence en économie d'entreprise et/ou CFA/AZEK
  • Vous disposez de connaissances approfondies du marché institutionnel suisse romand, et y disposez d'un vaste réseau de relations clients établies.
  • Vous disposez d'une longue expérience professionnelle en tant que Senior Sales dans les placements institutionnels et disposez d'une compétence avérée dans le suivi et le conseil de ces mêmes clients.
  • Nous exigeons plusieurs années d'expérience dans la prévoyance professionnelle ainsi que des connaissances liées aux questions juridiques et réglementaires de la prévoyance professionnelle.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un grand engagement, d'une grande disponibilité à fournir des services et êtes très orienté vers la clientèle.
  • Vous êtes un excellent communicateur avec d'excellentes compétences linguistiques en français et en anglais, idéalement en italien. Allemand un atout.
  • Vous faites preuve de capacités d'analyse et de conception, mais aussi d'une créativité et d'une forte orientation sur les résultats.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous vous distinguez par une grande disposition à apprendre, une grande motivation personnelle et une capacité de persuasion.
