Responsabilités :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de test globale pour les projets de développement de produits, en collaboration avec les équipes de développement et de gestion de projet.
- Élaborer des plans de test détaillés, des scénarios de test et des cas de test en fonction des exigences du projet.
- Coordonner les activités de test, y compris la conception, l'exécution et la documentation des tests.
- S’assurer de la bonne gestion des tests automatisés.
- Évaluer les résultats des tests et analyser les problèmes pour identifier les causes profondes et mettre en œuvre des solutions appropriées.
- Gérer les ressources de tests, y compris le personnel, les outils et les environnements de tests.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité et de performance identifiés pendant les tests.
- Documenter et présenter les résultats des tests aux parties prenantes internes et externes, et fournir des rapports de suivi réguliers sur l'avancement des tests.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de test et à l'adoption de meilleures pratiques.
- Partager avec l’équipe du Business Support dans le cadre de la rédaction des cas pratiques, des supports de formation ou encore pour aider à la résolution d’incidents opérationnels ou l’adaptation de processus.
Compétences recherchées :
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Test Manager dans un environnement agile.
- Certification ISTQB ou CSTE sont un plus.
- De langue maternelle française et très bonne maitrise de l’Anglais, parlé et écrit (C1), allemand un atout.
- Connaissance approfondie des outils de test et de gestion des défauts.
- Solides compétences analytiques pour évaluer les résultats des tests et résoudre les problèmes de qualité.
- Connaissance des normes de qualité, des normes de test et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Flexibilité et proactivité : aptitude à s'adapter rapidement à un environnement en évolution rapide, être force de proposition et savoir prendre des décisions.
- Capacités organisationnelles éprouvées : savoir gérer plusieurs projets de test en parallèle et respecter les délais.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et de communiquer clairement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Autonomie, rigueur, engagement et prise de responsabilité.
