Aufgaben

DEINE ROLLE

Als D2C Head of Marketing bist du nicht nur für Marketing verantwortlich – du gestaltest den Wachstumskurs von LEALY aktiv mit. Von der kreativen Strategie bis zur messbaren Umsetzung baust du eine Marke auf, die Menschen wirklich verändert. Wir suchen eine Macher-Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, mutig neue Wege geht und mit uns eine Bewegung für funktionierende Gewohnheitsänderungen aufbaut.

🔥 Kundenverständnis – Du denkst aus der Sicht der Nutzer
→ Du verstehst nicht nur, wer unsere Kunden sind, sondern vor allem warum sie sich für LEALY entscheiden – und nutzt dieses Wissen, um Marketing zu kreieren, das wirklich wirkt.

🚀 Strategie & Umsetzung – Vom Plan zur echten Wirkung
→ Du entwickelst eine messbare Marketingstrategie und setzt sie konsequent um.
→ Du analysierst Zielgruppen, verfolgst Markttrends und weißt genau, wie wir uns vom Wettbewerb abheben.

🎯 Kampagnenmanagement – Deine Kampagnen bringen uns nach vorne
→ Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Multichannel-Kampagnen, um LEALY sichtbar zu machen.
→ Du testest neue Ansätze mit A/B-Testing und Performance-Tracking, um immer besser zu werden.

📢 Content
→ Du steuerst die Produktion von Videos, Social-Media-Content, Blogposts & E-Mail-Newslettern.
→ Du entwickelst Inhalte, die nicht nur Kunden, sondern auch Investoren und Partner begeistern.

🌍 Social Media & Community – Du baust eine Bewegung auf
→ Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (FB, Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) mit Leidenschaft.
→ Du entwickelst einen Redaktionsplan, arbeitest mit Influencern und moderierst unsere Community.

🎨 Grafische Umsetzung – Du sorgst für eine starke visuelle Präsenz
→ Du gestaltest mit am Corporate Design (CI/CD) und überwachst, dass LEALY visuell stark bleibt.
→ Nice to have: Du kannst eigenständig Grafiken, Werbematerialien und Präsentationen erstellen.

💡 Webauftritt – Maximale Conversion durch smarte UX
→ Du entwickelst Landingpages & Webinhalte, die Kunden sofort überzeugen.
→ Du optimierst kontinuierlich die User Experience (UX), um die Conversion-Rate zu steigern.

🤝 Kooperationen mit Gesundheitsdienstleistern
→ Du hilfst uns, wertvolle Partnerschaften mit Hausärzten, Kliniken & Versicherungen aufzubaucen.

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Kreativität & Growth-Mindset, um neue Wege im Marketing zu testen und zu skalieren
  • Aussergewöhnlicher Drive und Passion, ein Startup zum Erfolg zu führen
  • x Jahre Erfahrung im D2C-Marketing, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld
  • Datengetriebene Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Performance-KPIs und datenbasierte Entscheidungen
  • Fähigkeit, Durststrecken mit ungeminderter Energie durchzuhalten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher Eigenantrieb
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im digitalen Gesundheitswesen ist ein Plus
  • Persönliche Erfahrung im Gewichtsmanagement ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Minimum Level C2 in Deutsch ist ein MUSS.
