Vos missions

En tant que Chef de Programme en Cybersécurité, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter des projets d’envergure, de développer des stratégies de sécurité et de coordonner les différentes équipes de projet pour garantir l'exécution efficace des plans de cybersécurité. Vous serez en première ligne pour défendre nos actifs numériques et ceux de nos clients contre les menaces actuelles et futures.

  • Développer et superviser la stratégie de sécurité globale, incluant la gestion des risques, la conformité réglementaire et les audits de sécurité.
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre de programmes de cybersécurité en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise.
  • Coordonner et superviser les équipes de projet en cybersécurité, en s'assurant de la conformité des projets aux normes de sécurité établies.
  • Gérer le budget du département de cybersécurité, en veillant à l’allocation optimale des ressources.
  • Évaluer régulièrement les nouvelles technologies de sécurité et intégrer des solutions innovantes dans les stratégies de défense.
  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour toutes les questions de sécurité au sein de l'entreprise et avec les partenaires externes.
Vos compétences
  • Diplôme supérieur en informatique, sécurité de l'information ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la cybersécurité, avec au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de gestion de projet ou de programme.
  • Expertise avérée dans les frameworks de sécurité tel que ISO 27001.
  • Compétences démontrées en leadership et en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
  • Certifications professionnelles (CISSP, CISM, etc.) sont un plus.
  • Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler sous pression.
