AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG: Lead the development of technology and cybersecurity compliance and operational risk practices across business functions and legal entities in Switzerland and the broader EMEA region.
Collaborate closely with senior location, line of business, and technology stakeholders to provide credible challenge and independent evaluation of technology and cybersecurity risks and controls.
Offer regulatory guidance and challenge relating to technology compliance and operational risk, including data management and cloud technology-related matters.
Stay abreast of technological and data privacy regulatory and legislative changes, advising the business to ensure compliant and controlled operations.
Supervise adherence to the firm's incident response procedures and lead CCOR reviews, including but not limited to security events, risk assessment back-testing, metrics, escalations, and reporting.
Engage in Control Committees, senior-level workstreams, major change management programs, and internal strategic efforts, ensuring robust operational risk management.
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL: Extensive experience in technology development and operational risk oversight, or technology and cyber compliance within the financial services industry.
In-depth local regulatory knowledge related to cybersecurity and technology.
Ability to comprehend complex technical systems and the business processes they support, identifying risks and controls, and recommending adjustments as needed.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships, advocate ideas, and challenge when necessary.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field and professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.
