As a maternity leave replacement, we are hiring for a fixed-term contract from 01.02.2026 to 30.06.2026 a: Customer Success Representative to join our partner services team based in Zurich. Tasks Manage and monitor partner companies Handle incoming calls and emails Process complaints and resolve issues Sell and renew partnership contracts Maximize partner satisfaction Perform various administrative tasks Requirements Strong verbal and telephone communication skills Results-oriented and customer-focused Strong commercial mindset Dynamic, autonomous, and sociable Tenacious and detail-oriented Bilingual in German/English required; French is a strong plus Good command of IT tools Excellent spelling and writing skills If you are motivated to join a dynamic and fast-growing team, don’t hesitate to apply now
