Spacewise ist ein Zürcher Online-Startup, welches eine Buchungslösung für Retailvermieter entwickelt hat und einen führenden Online-Marktplatz für Pop-up- und Promotionsflächen betreibt. Wir ermöglichen es Marken jeder Grösse einfach und schnell Flächen zu suchen, zu evaluieren und zu buchen - so einfach wie die Buchung eines Hotelzimmers. Vermietern bieten wir benutzerfreundliche Tools zur einfachen Bewirtschaftung von Shopflächen. Unter anderem arbeiten folgende Unternehmen mit uns: Migros, Coop, SBB, Schweizer Post und Wincasa.

Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung im Business Development, Account Management und Customer Success
  • Mitarbeit bei strategischen Initiativen
  • Aufbereiten Präsentationen und Reports für Verwaltungsrat, Kunden und Partner
Qualifikation
  • Du hast Drive, liebst es in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und dich in neue Tools und Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Kunden und bist nicht telefonscheu
  • Du bist sehr tech-affin, lösungsorientiert und schreckst auch vor komplizierten Problemen nicht zurück
  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Online-Bereich, idealerweise im Kundendienst, Sales und Projektmanagement
  • Du hast einen relevanten Bachelorabschluss, z.B. BWL, Marketing oder auch Jura.
  • Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch und du sprichst fliessend Englisch, Französisch ist ein Plus
  • Start: so bald wie möglich
