Vos missions

Your Commitment will include
- Manage the day-to-day operations and contribute to the ongoing development of the ERP system, focusing on the Electrical/HVAC & IT solutions domain.
- Collaborate closely with our subsidiaries to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Provide support in the analysis and resolution of issues in 2nd
- and 3rd-Level Support.
- Serve as a trusted interface between our business units and external suppliers.
- Independently and proactively handle ERP integrations for new subsidiaries with enthusiasm.
- Create and maintain internal documents such as operation manuals and guides based on the actual needs of end-users.

Achieving the difference requires
- Successfully completed education in the Electrical field, supplemented by industry-specific qualifications or a background in business administration.
- High affinity for IT and/or advantageous knowledge of Abacus.
- Proven ability to independently develop and advance topics.
- Structured and goal-oriented work approach.
- Team player with a customer
- and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in hectic moments.
- Committed, proactive and curious, reliable, open, and creative personality with a strong interest in advisory topics
- Fluency in French. Any other language such as German are an advantage
