Internship Purchasing

**Mission**:

- You provide support in the creation of decision matrices, in supplier changeover forms and in supplier visits
- You help validate and check invoices and prepare debit notes
- You will set up and release new items, and update prices in the ERP system
- You manage the team's mailbox and are in charge of coordinating and transmitting actions
- You process back orders and help validate and check invoices and debit notes
- You are in charge of preparing presentations for suppliers (visits and business reviews)

**Profile**:

- You are currently in the process of completing or have completed commercial or technical training (CFC)
- You are linguistically proficient in French and English and/or German
- You have proficient knowledge in the use of the following programs: MsOffice
- You differentiate yourself with your enthusiasm to take on new responsibilities, your ability to work in a team and independently when needed. When facing tasks, you are proficient, flexible and adapt to the dynamic environment of LMB.
