**Onsite Event Coordinator - (freelance)**:
**Qu'est-ce que Candlelight?**
Depuis juillet 2019, Fever Originals produit une série de concerts de musique classique dans un "cadre éclairé" à la bougie" qui se déroule dans les lieux les plus intimes et les plus méconnus du monde entier. Les villes comprennent : France (Paris, Toulouse, Lyon), Espagne (Madrid, Barcelone, Séville, Valence), Portugal (Lisbonne et Porto) et États-Unis (Los Angeles, New York et Chicago), et nous sommes en train de nous étendre dans votre ville Candlelight a démocratisé la musique classique en la partageant avec le grand public et en offrant une expérience unique à chacun de nos spectateurs.
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) pour nos concerts Candlelight. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps partiel et nos concerts ont lieu principalement le week-end. Les frais de transport ne seront pas indemnisés et seront inclus dans le taux horaire.
**Les responsabilités sont**:
**1. Services rendus en amont des Concerts**:
- Rôle dans la sélection et le recrutement du personnel intervenant sur le concert aux conditions prévues par Fever ;
- Donner des instructions au personnel (rappel des horaires, des tenues, etc.) ;
- Consultation du retroplanning partagé par Fever afin de prendre connaissances des informations clés liées à l'organisation du concert (horaires de livraison, invitations, etc.) ;
- Disponibilité pour des réunions ponctuelles organisées par les équipes Fever afin de reprendre les processus et l'organisation à respecter pour les concerts
**2. Services rendus le jour des Concerts**:
- Mission de prise de parole sur scène afin de tenir les discours d'accueil, de bis et de clôture des Concerts dont le contenu aura été défini au préalable par Fever ;
- Mission de gestion du personnel intervenant sur les Concerts : répartition des rôles, briefing et suivi du timing afin de démarrer les Concerts à l'heure (appui possible d'un chef de salle suivant la typologie et la taille du lieu à la discrétion de Fever) ;
- Mission de gestion des livraisons des prestataires techniques (organisées par Fever) : prendre contact avec le prestataire pour s'assurer que la livraison se déroule bien et à l'heure prévue, et prévenir Fever le cas échéant ;
- Mission de gestion des livraisons de bougies (organisées par Fever) : prendre contact avec le transporteur en provenance du box de stockage Fever afin d'assurer une livraison à l'heure, et la bonne organisation des caisses de bougies à la livraison et lors du retour au box, et prévenir Fever le cas échéant ;
- Mission de gestion des piles des bougies : assurer la recharge d'un maximum de piles en continu tout au long de la soirée et le changement des piles dans les bougies déchargées ;
- Mission de gestion de la scénographie : le Prestataire s'assurera que la scénographie respecte les consignes Fever et transmettra sur le groupe WhatsApp dédié une photo une fois l'installation terminée avant le début du premier concert ;
- Mission de gestion des artistes : accueil et installation en loge, répétitions dans des conditions convenables (salle à part, sur scène le cas échéant sans intervention des staffs autour des musiciens, ajustements de la sonorisation au besoin), briefing sur scène (utilisation micros, lampes pupitres), commande des repas (dans la limite de 25€/soir/artiste livraison inclue), briefing programme (vérification du programme et de l'ordre, des interventions prévues sur scène yc bis entre artistes et coordinateur).
**3. Services rendus en aval des Concerts**:
- Le Prestataire devra transmettre sur le groupe WhatsApp dédié après chaque série de concerts un inventaire complet du matériel (nombre de caisses chargées/déchargées, nombre de caisses de piles chargées/déchargées, etc.) ainsi que des éléments manquants.
- En cas de problématique rencontrée le soir du concert, que ce soit sur la musique (incidents, durée du programme, qualité des morceaux joués) ou avec les spectateurs (feedbacks, plaintes, etc.), le Prestataire devra transmettre dès la fin du concert ces informations à Fever sur le groupe WhatsApp dédié.
**Profil recherché**:
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'événements et/ou un diplôme pertinent (de préférence)
- Intérêt et passion pour la musique live et l'organisation d'événements
- 1 année ou plus d'expéri
