Chief Enterprise Architect

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect (EA) to be part of a global core team for our Everything as Code program. The EA will help us co-create, prototype, and build mínimal viable solutions as part of multiple design thinking workshops with our multi-national customers. The EA will be interacting with Senior IT stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO) and their representatives as well as a very highly talented, energetic technical team to design and implement codification of all aspects of the network into a DevOps toolchain environment. The EA accompanies customers on their network, security, cloud, and software transformation required to support their business digital objectives.
He/she bridges business requirements with technical, process and organizational solutions to maximize customer value leveraging OBS capabilities.
**Objectives**
- Keep track of market trends and landscape.
- Understand customer IT, network, security, cloud and software requirements from a technical solution perspective as well as from service delivery and operational perspective along their project life cycle and provide the strategy to address those.
- Represent the customers in front of partners/vendors and OBS stakeholders to maximize value delivery and creation.
- Understand OBS capabilities (assets, resources and skills, process maturity,) and influence evolution to follow or anticipate market trend
- Advise customer on solution alternatives and guide customer leveraging OBS capabilities
- Deliver architectures, strategies and plans maximizing OBS value
- Guide and oversee best architecture practices across team members
- Orchestrate deployment, customization, integration, and management
- Control, pilot and continuously improve customer experience along the project life cycle
**Responsibilities**
- Keeps up to date with trends in DevOps / GitOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, Cloud networking etc.
- Understanding and documenting OBS capabilities in the domain
- Recommend evolution to OBS stakeholders to prevent or mitigate risks, address gaps, accelerate innovation, improve agility, and guide decisions on OBS capabilities
- Animates workshop, Join Opportunity Assessment with customers and partners
- Contributes to business development events to present and value OBS capabilities
- Provides consultative leadership for solutions
- Collaborates and builds relationships with all relevant parties (customer, partners and vendors, OBS entities) in order to review the objectives, constraints and design of each solution to recommends the most suitable architecture and defines the solution at a high level.
- Provides expert guidance and advice regarding the solution features & management
- Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Maintain Architecture Decision Records ( ADR) for all key decisions and their justifications taken during pilot sessions with a special focus on their impact while scaling the solution
- Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and the achievement of scheduled objectives.
- Identifies and recommends areas appropriate for further study and participates in any Proof of Concept required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption.
- Participate in pilots to monitor progress and outcomes to adjust the end-state solution
- Controls the management of solutions to identifies potential gaps or improvement areas
- Trigger and contribute to improvement initiatives aiming to increase value for customers and OBS
- Recommends and participates in the development of architecture blueprints for related solutions.
- Actively support responses to proposals, RFQ, RFP and RFI requirements
- Contribute to deliverables such as Service Design, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, SoW, Bill of Materials etc.
- Ensure the cost/price of the solution is market competitive.
- Identify & remediate potential integration issues

Essential
- Master level of education in ICT.
- At least 10 years experience
- 2 years in consultative selling position to design, deliver and manage network solutions
- Multiple roles as architect, developer, installation/configuration, and support
- Experience dealing with CIO board and Busines Units
- Domain-Driven Design
- AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
- Aviatrix, Alkira or equivalent
- ITILv3/v4
- TOGAF
- DevOps/GitOps
- Agile
- RFP, RFI response experience

- Project management (PMP, Prince 2)
- APM tools such as Dynatrace, Aternity or equivalent
