**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als Enterprise Architect überblicken Sie die gesamte Architektur und das IT-Portfolio der IT-Landschaft mit ihren Unternehmensplattformen und dem großen Umfang an Cloud-Lösungen.
- Sie ermöglichen die Bereitstellung von Geschäftsfähigkeiten und Technologieressourcen durch die Anwendung eines systematischen Ansatzes, insbesondere für die EA-Governance und die organisatorische Befähigung.
- Sie managen funktionsübergreifende Beziehungen zu Kollegen in der IT und im Digital Business, um EA-Aktivitäten zu priorisieren, zu planen und auszuführen sowie die Zusammenarbeit zu erleichtern.
- Sie identifizieren und schließen Lücken im Architekturwissen innerhalb der Organisation.
- Sie sind Teil des Enterprise & IT Architecture Teams, das weltweit für die Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft und Architekturpraxis verantwortlich ist.
- Ihre Aufgabe ist es, geeignete EA-Prozesse und Governance-Mechanismen zu definieren und umzusetzen.
- Ein Schwerpunkt wird die Orchestrierung der EA-Community sein, um Wissen zu teilen und Architekturkompetenz im gesamten Unternehmen aufzubauen.
- Darüber hinaus beraten Sie das Senior Management zu Architekturthemen und gestalten Investitionsentscheidungen mit.

**Deine Skills**:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Unternehmensarchitekt, IT-Architekt, IT-Berater oder in einer anderen IT-Funktion mit strategischem oder Architekturmanagement-Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: IT-Architektur, Lösungsdesign, Projektmanagement, Produktverantwortung, Portfoliomanagement
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von organisatorischem Change Management, Community-Orchestrierung und EA-Governance; Arbeitserfahrung in einem oder mehreren dieser Bereiche ist erwünscht
- Sehr gutes Verständnis eines Unternehmensumfelds mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Funktionsbereichen wie Marketing & Vertrieb, Forschung & Entwicklung, Produktion, Supply Chain Management oder Unternehmensfunktionen (HR, Finanzen, Recht usw.) aus IT-Sicht
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Unternehmensplattformen (z. B. SAP, Salesforce, Workday) und/oder Cloud (IaaS/PaaS)
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Fähigkeit zur anpassungsfähigen Kommunikation mit IT- und Geschäftsfachleuten sowie mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Neugierde, Kreativität und Bereitschaft, sich auf neue Ideen, Technologien und Methoden einzulassen
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, mehrsprachig bevorzugt
