il nostro cliente ci ha incaricato di selezionare il seguente profilo professionale:
**La sua missione**
- Contribuire alla creazione e realizzazione dei piani editoriali SM richiesti dall'azienda, nel rispetto degli obiettivi e delle tempistiche indicate dai responsabili della Comunicazione digitale ;
- Armonizzare e implementare i valori del brand e le attese dei pubblici dei canali ospitanti attraverso la redazione di contenuti specifici;
- Intercettare le community, capire i bisogni del pubblico, narrare il brand/ ascoltare e interagire con le community delle varie piattaforme;
- Monitorare le conversazioni sul brand/e sui suoi programmi e contribuire al dialogo tra e il pubblico sulle diverse piattaforme in uso;
- Valorizzare il posizionamento del brand attraverso la fidelizzazione e le iniziative promozionali di programmi;
- Declinare i messaggi, ottimizzandoli e adattandoli in base alle caratteristiche delle diverse piattaforme, riconoscendo il tono di voce e lo stile narrativo richiesto dai diversi canali social in uso;
- Elaborare report qualitativi sulle campagne realizzate;
- In generale, gestire le diverse community esistenti, contribuendo al mantenimento e alla creazione di relazioni di fiducia con i followers e fan anche attraverso contenuti di qualità.

**Il suo profilo**
- Ottime abilità redazionali e capacità comunicative;
- Ottime conoscenze tecniche dei SM e delle regole della comunicazione digitale;
- Creatività, curiosità e capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
- Capacità multitasking;
- Spiccata attitudine all'apprendimento e predisposizione alla formazione continua;
- Capacità di innovazione e spirito d'iniziativa;
- Disponibilità agli orari irregolari che la funzione richiede;
- Auspicata esperienza anche nel mondo della comunicazione off line (ufficio stampa; promozione; organizzazione di eventi e incontri);
- Auspicate conoscenze e esperienze nell’utilizzo di strumenti di creazione contenuti come Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects;
- Conoscenza della lingua tedesca e/o francese auspicata.
