**SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER / LUGANO**
- Responsabilità_:
La figura riporterà al Responsabile Controllo Rischi e collaborerà trasversalmente con tutte le funzioni in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo e in coerenza con le linee guida definite dal Gruppo.
- Identificare, implementare le strategie e i progetti di sostenibilità della Banca e contribuire al loro sviluppo. Favorire l’ulteriore integrazione delle logiche ESG nell’ambito dell’attività investimenti.
- Assicurare un’assistenza continua e costante a tutti gli attori coinvolti nelle tematiche ESG e sviluppare, di concerto con la Direzione Generale, le politiche, le strategie relative alla sostenibilità e alla responsabilità sociale, iniziative e progetti, in linea con la visione aziendale, i valori e la cultura.
- Redigere la Dichiarazione Non Finanziaria e svolgere tutte le mansioni amministrative correlate.
- Consolidare le relazioni e garantire un flusso comunicativo efficace e constante legato allo sviluppo della sostenibilità.
- Rappresentare la Banca nei vari gruppi di lavoro e comitati ESG all’interno e all’esterno e contribuire al suo posizionamento quale istituto finanziario sostenibile ed attento alle tematiche ESG, rafforzarne la reputazione nell’ambito della sostenibilità.
- Garantire la conformità alle leggi e ai regolamenti in materia di responsabilità sociale e ambientale.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con altri dipartimenti per fornire una strategia per l'attuazione delle politiche ESG, e coltivare i rapporti con i colleghi della Banca impegnati in iniziative ESG.
- Fornire informazioni e consulenza agli stakeholder sulle questioni di responsabilità sociale e ambientale.
- Laurea in Economia aziendale o ingegneria gestionale o titolo di studio equivalente in una disciplina correlata (CAS USI/SUPSI in ESG, titolo di studio superiore specializzato in tematiche ambientali o di sviluppo sostenibile).
- Comprovata esperienza in posizione analoga e/o nella gestione di progetti.
- Solida conoscenza delle tematiche relative alla sostenibilità e delle relative normative.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e dell’inglese, francese e tedesco rappresentano un plus.
- Completano il profilo: eccellenti doti organizzative, efficaci capacità di relazione e comunicazione e forte capacità di lavorare in gruppo.
