**Ihr Job**:
**Vielseitigkeit ist Ihr großes Talent und Sie wünschen sich dies auch von Ihrem Job? Als Junior Touristic Staff & Shops Coordination Manager (w/m/d) bei sea chefs erwartet Sie nicht nur ein abwechslungsreicher Job im Touristic Staff-Team - Sie tauchen auch ein in die Welt der Seefahrt**
- Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung für die Mitarbeitenden des Touristic Staff
- sowie des Shop-Teams an Bord von Kreuzfahrtschiffen
- Planung der Besetzung des Reisebegleitungs-Teams (zuständig für die Begleitung von Passagieren bei An
- und Abreisen)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und dem sea chefs-Crewing-Team auf Zypern
- Unterstützung der Crew bei ihren Anliegen
- Organisation von Visa und Zertifikaten
- Überprüfung der Reisekosten
- Rekrutierung von Shop
- und Touristic Staff-Mitarbeitenden an Bord einschließlich Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Stellenausschreibungen
- Bewerberauswahl inklusive aller anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Umsetzung von abgestimmten Marketingmaßnahmen, Recherche und Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen in Jobportalen
- Teilnahme an Messen und Informationsveranstaltungen zur Pflege von Kontakten und Mitarbeitendengewinnung
- Entwicklung neuer Ideen zur Mitarbeitendengewinnung und -bindung

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium in den Fachbereichen Tourismus, Hotelwesen oder mit personalwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Berufserfahrung auf Kreuzfahrtschiffen von Vorteil
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität sowie Organisationsstärke
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Allgemeinbildung und sichere Umgangsformen
