The scope of responsibilities will include:
Accounts Receivable:

- Issuing of customer invoices
- Generating of payment reminders/statements to customers and follow up on pending payments
- Reconciliation of cash advances received from clients
- Booking of bank statements and performing bank account reconciliations
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Assistance in processing weekly payments
- Handling of various queries
- Involvement in process improvements within the AR team

Accounts Payable:

- Processing of 3rd party and Inter-company vendor invoices
- Preparation and submission of monthly payment reports
- Correspondence with PSI subsidiaries
- Support in Inter-company reconciliation process
- Improvements in processes and organization within the team AP Backup in processing out of pocket, CRA and grants invoices

**Qualifications**
- College or University Degree in economics, financial accounting or any related Commercial degree
- Experience in an international company is a plus
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax legislation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills
- Ability to multitask and practice accountability for assigned tasks
