**Overview**:
**Job **purpose**

**In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and business managers in our Füllinsdorf factory.**

**This is a generalist role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities and for providing support to our employees and business managers on site.**

**You will be supported by an HR Administrative Assistant.**
- Detailed Responsibilities
Aligning business objectives with management and employees
- Advising and supporting managers on strategic and operational HR issues
- Implementing global HR policies and processes, developing local HR policies and processes
- Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics and performance
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Addressing employee grievances and relations
- Driving organizational culture and diversity
- Close partnership with HR Mgr CH
- Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources/ Economics or equivalent;
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources, factory experience a plus
- Strong generalist with hands on operational experience of leading the cyclical HR processes for an assigned population
- Fluent English and German, French a plus
- Experience partnering with management team
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter who enjoys finding solutions to challenges
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and demonstrate flexibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels across the organisation
- Accurate, organized, structured, strong attention to detail
