**Vacancy**:International Finance Director (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for an International Finance Director (f/m/x) to start immediately or by appointment for our client, a MedTech company in the region of berne. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

**Your Responsibilities as** **International Finance Director (f/m/x)**
- In this position, your overall objective is the responsibility for all aspects of the accounting/finance department for the company and all of its subsidiaries, branches and sister companies.
- Leading the finance team of 15 employees in total with 4 department leaders as direct reports, incl. coaching and development of the team
- Responsible for maintaining the company's cash requirements and reporting as well as for maintaining appropriate cash balances at each location and bank.
- In charge of the consolidations of reportings as well as financial statements.
- Timely delivery of accurate and complete information of the financial statements such as balance sheet income statement, statement of cash flows and reporting packages.
- Coordination and overseeing of all audits (financial and tax).
- Close cooperation with tax consultants and corporate office for improving the tax structure.
- Close collaboration with the groups financial planning & analysis department.
- Responsible to ensure documentation is accurate and accounting controls are in place and functioning properly in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Involvement in as well as leading projects such as implementation of a new ERP-system

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with certification as public Accountant or chartered Accountant.
- Several years of work experience in a similar position in a subsidiary of a U.S. company on a listed stock exchange, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven, relevant professional experience as a manager of a team.
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss and U.S. GAAP.
- Excellent English speaker plus mother tongue in German or French.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and Vlookup/Hlookup formulas) and very good knowledge in diverse ERP-Systems.
- Ability to interact with personnel at different levels and across functions in the organization in a professional manner.
- Keen attention to details and accuracy as well as a high motivated, proactive and solution-oriented personality
