Our client, a biotech company at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a Director of Quality Management to continue their growth trajectory in Switzerland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital quality management strategy aligned with the company's overall quality objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital quality into the broader quality management systems.
- Ensure digital products and processes adhere to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies for potential quality issues in the digital domain.
- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by providing guidance and training on digital quality standards.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital quality and regularly report on the performance of digital quality management systems.
- Implement data-driven approaches to monitor and improve digital quality metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on digital products and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Extensive experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
