**INTRODUCTION**:
For an International Organisation, we are actively looking for Ukrainian an Russian profiles also fluent in English holding a S permit or any other valid working permit in Switzerland to start ASAP for a temporary long term mission:
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Receives calls and ensures the primary point of contact between the caller and ICRC
- Distinguishes between calls that can be addressed directly and others that will require to be routed to the appropriate sections/people
- Records the details of each contact with callers and ensures that the information received is classified into pre-determined reference categories
- Ensures a timely response to the queries of callers
- Ensures that exchanges with the callers are forwarded for follow-up when need be
- Compiles, cleans analyses and disaggregates data to produce regular reports
- Implements requests from departments for surveys or verifications
- Understands that some concerns / issues require confidential and sensitive treatment and behaves accordingly
- Immediately flags to the line manager sensitive complaints or issues involving Code of Conduct violations

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
**English minimum B2 + Ukrainian or/and Russian**
