For one of our clients, an international NGO based here in
**Geneva**, we are looking for a:
**Call Center Operator W/M**

For a long-term temporary position starting ASAP

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Receives calls and ensures the primary point of contact between the caller and the NGO
- Collects data on individual cases and provides relevant details for follow up by relevant departments
- Records the details of each contact with callers in relevant system and ensures that the information received is classified into pre-determined reference categories
- Assesses if certain cases need to be handled sensitively and ensures relevant documentation and records for sensitive cases are treated securely and confidentially
- Exchanges and coordinates information within the different departments
- Consolidates all relevant information (statistics, overview, analysis, feedback if further information needed)
- Implements requests from departments for surveys or verifications

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Previous experience in call centers, reception or data management
- Excellent computer skills, (Microsoft office suite)
- Ukrainian min C1 - English min B2
- Autonomous, rigorous and with great sense of responsibility
- Clear and effective Communication, with high quality of empathy, patience and positive attitude
