**Beschreibung**
Als Leiter der Abteilung Elektrotechnik übernehmen Sie sowohl die fachliche als auch die disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von etwa 10 Mitarbeitenden. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Abteilung und ihre Mitarbeiter aktiv weiterzuentwickeln. Dazu gehört die Etablierung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen, um sicherzustellen, dass das technische Anlagenkonzept umgesetzt wird und die vereinbarten Eigenschaften während der Abwicklungsphase gewährleistet sind. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten der zugewiesenen Arbeitspakete. Dabei unterstützen Sie das Vertriebsteam während der Angebotsphase und sind bei der Inbetriebsetzung von Prüfständen und Abnahmetests beim Kunden behilflich.

**Erfahrung**
Für diese Position ist eine mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion unerlässlich. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Instrumentierung im Anlagenbau und/oder der Kryotechnik vorweisen können. Kenntnisse im Bereich der Thermodynamik, Turbomaschinen oder Tieftemperaturphysik werden ebenfalls positiv bewertet. Des Weiteren sollten Sie über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Engineering-Tools COMOS und SIMATIC S7 sowie SAP und MS Office verfügen.
