- The FIFA World Football Museum in Zurich celebrates heritage and culture, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive attractions, exciting information and special memories. With exceptional exhibitions and our thought-provoking cultural and educational programmes, the home of football history is a lively meeting place for fans and visitors of all ages from all over the world.
- To enhance our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and proactive Teamleader AV and Event Technology (100%) to join us by arrangement.**Your responsibilities**
- The jobholder is responsible for the proper, functional AV and museum technology in the museum as well as for the technology in de event locations. The equipment is operational during museum opening hours and he/she ensures taht various crafts (repair, maintenance, defects) are carried out before the opening and that the technical facilities and equipment in the museum function properly.- Leading the AV and museum technology team (three employees) with the areas museum technology, event technology and contact person facility management museum
- Coordination of higher-level tasks and their sensible distribution
- Creation of duty rosters and ensuring the presence of the team during opening hours (Tuesday - Sunday) and during the technical support of events
- Management of projects such as investments of facilities as well as cross-departmental technical support of various projects (from request for proposals to implementation / acceptance)
- Budget responsibility for museum technology and AV technology
- Error analysis and repair work as well as maintenance of all AV equipment
- Independent provision and technical support for internal and external events (audio, Barco Junior, video conferencing systems)
- Professional, good cooperation with third-party companies, fast response time in the event of failures of various systems
- Contact person for various facility management issues for the FIFA Museum and coordinates the tasks together with Facility Management FIFA

- The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Leadershipt experience
- Completed vocational training as multimedia electronics technician (or equivalent training) and at least 5 years of professional experience as AV technician / event technician
- Very good EDP and PC skills
- Communication skills and high service orientation
- Resilient, flexible, communicative and solution-oriented personality
- Regularly work on weekends and evenings as well as on-call duty
- Independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm for varied work at the front and in the background
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

- The exhibition shows how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.
- With numerous attractions, audiovisual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. An exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels. The exhibition comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers a regular cultural programme and an educational and educational programme aimed at families with children and school classes.
