In order to reinforce our Swiss team based in Geneva, Bulgari is looking for a talented

**PR and Communication Associate Manager**

Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Manager, you contribute to build and implement PR, digital and communication plans and activities for Switzerland for the jewellery, watches & accessories categories and manage related administrative tasks.

Accountabilities

In order to pursue the expansion of the brand awareness in Switzerland, you manage the relations with the press, generating and handling inquiries from journalists and other media contacts.

You identify, evaluate, and execute PR initiatives according to the annual calendar to generate editorial returns in line with the brand image positioning. You organize and coordinate all PR events according to the local budget securing expected press attendance and editorial returns. You create and adapt all press materials to support new product launches and corporate initiatives to increase brand awareness and desirability, customizing them to local needs.

You will contribute to the social media strategy, scouting for innovative ways of communicating. You will manage brand ambassadors and develop a network of local influencers to enhance our visibility to the different audiences.

Result oriented, you collect local press clippings and monitor KPIs on editorial coverage. You order and manage the local PR set stock.

You concur with the central Marketing team in reviewing the Swiss media plan, being the main contact for the media agency. You analyse media campaigns performances and KPIs.

You manage and supervise the PR/Communication budget by creating the Purchase Orders for the invoices and secure proper reporting at central and local level.

Profile

You have at least 5 years professional experience in a PR department or Communication agency working in the Luxury market in Switzerland. Having an existing personal network of Swiss editors and influencers, and a previous exposure in the social media field is a must.

You have developed a strong and proven project management execution in a complex environment with ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You are extremely organized, proactive, and highly attentive to details, interested in keeping up with emerging technologies and willing to going the extra-mile.

Curious and passionate about the luxury universe, you have the ability to build and nurture strong long-term business relationship. Service-oriented and a team player, you are recognized for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to strive for excellence and make a unique experience for the journalists.

At ease with MS Office, you are fluent in French and English; German and/or Italian being a strong asset.

You are flexible to travel regularly in Switzerland to work closely with our stores and journalists.
