Facility Manager

Pour le compte de notre client, une industrie de luxe, nous recherchons un profil de Facility Manager (H/F) basé à Neuchâtel pour un contrat Fixe à 100%.
Rattaché(e) au responsable EHS & Facility, vos principales missions sont:
- Soutien dans la gestion des projets relatifs aux bâtiments et services (extension de bâtiments, suivi des travaux avec les différentes parties prenantes, suivi opérationnel et technique, qualité, financiers, planning et respect du cahier des charges)
- Gestion de l’équipe Infrastructures & Services de 3 personnes tout en coordonnant les projets liés aux services et fournissez les moyens nécessaires à votre équipe pour l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
- Assurer la fonctionnalité des espaces de travail et la qualité des services offerts aux collaborateurs.
- Animer et participer régulièrement à des réunions avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes et assurez le suivi par la rédaction de procès-verbaux.
- Enfin, vous assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction de nos services à l’interne, vous rechercher continuellement des axes de développement et êtes force de proposition concernant les services proposés à nos collaborateurs.

Service de piquet obligatoire**
- De formation technique en ingénierie du bâtiment, architecture ou génie civil, vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en conduite de travaux et gestion de projets liés au bâtiment, avec un fort intérêt terrain et une réelle motivation pour l’accompagnement humain et le management d’équipe.
- Vous avez des connaissances techniques approfondies, notamment sur les systèmes CVC, sanitaires et l’électricité.
- De langue maternelle française, vous maitrisez AutoCAD (ou outil équivalent) et êtes à l’aise avec la suite Microsoft Office.
- Orienté(e) résultat, vous êtes force de proposition pour atteindre les objectifs fixés et vous savez concrétiser des projets jusqu’à leur aboutissement.
- Agile et positif(ve), vous savez gérer l’ambiguïté et faites preuve de flexibilité face aux changements. Personne engagée et rigoureuse, vous inspirez naturellement le respect et la confiance tout en créant des liens et des synergies avec toutes les parties prenantes.
- Finalement, vous êtes en possession du permis de conduire et êtes ouvert(e) aux déplacements professionnels réguliers sur les différents sites pour le suivi des projets globaux.
