**Beschreibung**
Als Facility Manager stellst du mit deinem Team zusammen, die vertraglich vereinbarten Facility Management Leistungen sowie den Auf
- und Ausbau neuer Serviceleistungen sicher. Im Weiteren bist du für das Budget und die Kostenkontrolle in deinem Bereich verantwortlich. Mit dem lokalen Account Management arbeitest du eng zusammen. Vor Ort bist du die erste Ansprechperson des Kunden. Zusätzlich führst du Vertragsverhandlungen mit den wichtigsten Lieferanten und erstellst die Leistungsziele in den Bereichen Qualität, Sicherheit, Durchlauf und Lieferzeit wie auch Kostenkontrolle und Investition. Weiter trägst du die Verantwortung für das Erreichen der finanziellen Ziele in deinem Bereich. Abschliessend erstellst du diverse Reportings und führst die Verzeichnisse der Kundenanlagen.

**Erfahrung**
Hier werden nebst deiner Ausbildung mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrungen im Facility Management in der Betreuung eines integrierten Service-Portfolios vorausgesetzt. Du verfügst über ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse in finanztechnischen Angelegenheiten. Zudem bist du eine organisierte Persönlichkeit, die über eine ausgeprägte Service
- und Kundenorientierung verfügt. In der deutschen sowie englischen Sprache kannst du dich sehr gut in Wort und Schrift verständigen. PC-Kenntnisse in MS-Office werden vorausgesetzt.
