Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e Business Development Manager, passionné-e et expérimenté-e.

Le ou la Business Development Manager a pour mission de développer des stratégies innovantes pour accroître notre présence sur le marché, de maximiser le revenu et la profitabilité de l'hôtel en positionnant l'image souhaitée. Vous serez en charge de créer et de mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de vente et de marketing efficaces pour attirer de nouveaux clients et fidéliser la clientèle existante.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et exécuter des plans de vente et de marketing pour atteindre les objectifs de l'hôtel
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux marchés et segments de clientèle
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, les partenaires commerciaux et les agences de voyage.
- Utiliser le logiciel Opéra Sales & Catering pour gérer les ventes et les événements.
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les performances de l'hôtel pour recommander des améliorations.
- Préparer des rapports de performance et des prévisions de vente pour la direction.
- Participer à des salons professionnels, des foires commerciales et d'autres événements pour promouvoir l'hôtel.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer une prestation de service exceptionnelle et une satisfaction client élevée.

Ce poste véhicule la vision, la mission et les valeurs de l'Hôtel des Horlogers auprès des clients et de l'ensemble des équipes.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience significative en développement commercial dans un hôtel, de préférence dans un hôtel de catégorie similaire.
- Maîtrise du logiciel Opéra Sales & Catering.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (toute autre langue est un atout).
- Forte capacité de proposition et sens commercial aiguisé.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et orientation résultats.
