Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving early business/functional designs, high-level solutioning sessions, and assessments regarding efforts (resources, time, budget, skills). This involves understanding, analyzing, and documenting perceived opportunities and business-functional requirements against market trends and existing processes/organization.


  • Provide input for business case creation and resource planning.
  • Design, propose, and translate new requirements and enhancements into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop technical requirements that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.
  • Work with quality assurance teams to prepare measures ensuring solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with the existing IT landscape and facilitate replacement of local solutions by global systems when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A higher education degree in computer science or equivalent ITIL V4 certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position within an IT department or R&D department.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-industrial processes and Research and Development product processes.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk tools (Vault, Inventor) and other CAD tools in the market (Solidworks) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of simulation and CAM tools is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with IT profiles, business managers/directors, or business experts.
  • Proficiency in French and good oral and written English skills.
